Overview
The Googong Watermain Network West project was a partial design and construct contract (design for reservoir and chemical dosing system) that included the construction of an integrated potable and recycled watermain network. This network included rising and gravity fed mains for both the potable and recycled water system, construction of two reservoir tanks with chemical dosing systems, electrical switchboard and radio link telemetry control.
A sewer pump station with odour control, emergency storage tanks, emergency pump out, associated sewer rising main and electrical works was construction as part of an integral link between the newly construction subdivision, water recycling plant and recycled watermain network.
