Overview
The Fields Stage 4 Residential Subdivision at Murrumbateman is a landmark civil engineering project that transformed a rural field into picturesque and thriving rural residential development. This project involved the creation of 34 residential lots, each spanning 2 hectares with supporting infrastructure which included internal roads, infrastructure for electricity and communication services, footpaths, fencing, water supply systems, and landscaping. Through a combination of innovation, technical expertise, and detailed planning, the project delivered a high-quality development while adhering to the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality management.
The construction encompassed 1.95 km of internal rural roads, electricity supply, NBN service conduits, footpaths, fencing, community title water supply, entry walls and landscaping.
A cornerstone of the project’s success was the meticulous planning and management. Woden Contractors worked closely with the Client to define the scope of work before the project commenced. This proactive approach led to the identification and implementation of several beneficial adjustments throughout the course of the project.
