Overview

The Yarrah development was a residential subdivision designed to provide for a total of 62 residential lots, 4 super development lots, 1 residual lot and construction of a new intersection at Laidlaw Street within Yass, NSW. This scope of work also included a new sewer pump station with emergency tanks and a sewer rising main which was connected into the existing network. The project was high-profile with a large public interface along Laidlaw Street, notable staging of construction activities to ensure safety of road users and workers along an arterial road.
