Wodens have recently been awarded Denman Prospect 1B Stage 2D-1 subdivision by the Capital Estate Developments team. The project involves the construction of the required infrastructure for 5 large multi-unit sites on the corner of John Gorton Drive and Holborrow Avenue. Earthworks have begun onsite with underground services to commence shortly.

Our heart goes out to all Australians impacted by the devastating bushfires. The Wodens team is working very closely with the NSW Rural Fire Service to help out as much as possible. We currently have several graders and watercarts working with the RFS to the east of Queanbeyan and Canberra.

In mid 2019 we also completed the $4.4M Molonglo 3 Trunk Watermain Project. The smaller project included significant environmental and stakeholder requirements which were all successfully met.

In mid-2019 we achieved completion of the $13.3M Molonglo 3 Road and Intersection Infrastructure Project. The Project was completed on time and budget for the Client. The Project is another example of a high quality product with no major safety or environmental incidents.

Early in 2019 we celebrated the completion of the $ 13.1M North Coombs subdivision Project. The project included several key challenges such as steep terrain and significant rainfall events however the project was completed on time.
